    Yes, you would need to be register as a member in order to place an order. The sign-up process is very quick and easy.
  • My account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts, what do I do? +

    Please contact our support at support@redprinting.sg or live chat with us for quick assistance to unlock your account and reset the password.
  • I am getting an error message saying “Incorrect username or password”. What should I do? +

    Please note that both the username and password are caps-sensitive.
    For example, if you registered your email address with a capital M for Mary@outlook.com, then you would need to sign in as Mary@outlook.com and not mary@outlook.com
