Please note that both the username and password are caps-sensitive.
For example, if you registered your email address with a capital M for Mary@outlook.com, then you would need to sign in as Mary@outlook.com and not mary@outlook.com

What is the lead time for delivery? + −
Our standard lead time is around 9 business days for most products. But if it is an urgent order or if you have a deadline to meet, please contact us at support@redprinting.sg to check on the estimated time for your specific order. -
What do I do if my item is damaged during shipment? + −
Please email us at support@redprinting.sg with your order details as well as attaching a few photos of the damaged state. We will then investigate on the matter and revert back to you. -
Can I change my shipping address? + −
If your order is already placed and you need to change the shipping address, please email us at support@redprinting.sg to request an address change as soon as possible.

What is the colour profile used by RedPrinting? + −
Our company uses the international standard colour profile (GRACOL) for all printing. We will continue to develop and strive to create productions beyond customers’ expectation by utilising the standard international colour profiles as well as our very own colour management system. -
What kind of file can I upload for printing? (Users with design files) + −
We only accept files sent in PDF format (exported from Adobe applications). We do not accept files sent in other formats. Users can learn more about file types and PDF file creation with related software in the Product Guide. -
Can I amend or cancel my order? + −
If the order is not yet in production, you can still amend or cancel the order. Kindly contact us at support@redprinting.sg for assistance. For cancellations, there will be a 5% cancellation fee of the order.
Payments

Can I ask for a refund during the production stage? + −
A refund cannot be issued once the order has entered production as amendment or cancellation cannot be made after the printing of your order has begun.
Please contact our customer support immediately should you wish to make changes after submitting your order. We will assist you with the revisions if the printing of your order has not begun. -
How do I download the invoice for my order? + −
Go to Login > MyPage > My Orders > Click Invoice to download.

Do your prices include shipping? + −
Our prices do not include shipping. Do note that shipping is FREE for orders over S$50 (applies to Singapore only).

All product prices quoted on our website do not include GST.
Orders valued over S$400, will be subjected to 9% GST.
