Welcome to www.redprinting.sg . This website is provided by Red Printing, as a service to our SG customers in Singapore. Please read, review and understand the following terms that govern your use of our website, products and services. Please note that by ordering Red Printing products and using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, review, understand and agree to comply with these terms and policies in their entirety. Red Printing reserves the right to change and update any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and we strongly recommend you review these terms and policies each time you use this site.
Terms and Conditions
Please refer to our cancellation policy.
If you have any dissatisfaction related to the product or services provided by Red Printing, and would like to request a refund, return or exchange of product, please refer to our returns, refunds and exchanges policies.
Red Printing will make every effort to maintain a smooth communication flow with our customers to ensure excellent printing quality. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to fix any errors found during the process. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be printed as it is or will be cancelled even without authorisation from the customer.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for individual circumstances which are beyond our control, such as but not limited to, the following:
Customer made mistakes, e.g. font mis-selection, typo, grammar, spelling errors, poor or low quality/low resolution uploaded images, design errors, wrong color selections, any errors made by you during the creation of the artwork file, mis-selection of size, quantity, product type, specification, finishing options, paper option, cutting option, wrong templates selection, incorrect image orientation and positioning, duplicate orders, incorrect file layout for finishing such as folding, creasing, die or kiss cutting, delivery delays due to file errors.
Shipping and Delivery
Red Printing cannot be responsible for specific shipping and delivery circumstances which are beyond our control such as but not limited to, the following:
• Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable parcels due to mistakes or errors made by the customer.
• Damage to the product after delivery to the customer.
• Red Printing will reproduce products or items which are damaged or lost during shipment.
• Red Printing reserves the right to decide for reprint or refund solely on its own discretion, and we reserve the right to request the customer to send us back the original order before a refund or reproduction decision is made.
Red Printing will be held responsible for any damage done on the product during shipment.
Delivery Time
We only offer standard shipping, and delivery time is 7-9 business days for most of our products. Please note that some products or finishings may take longer to produce and ship, increasing the delivery time.
Payment
All prices and amounts listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise. The customer will agree to the terms and conditions of using our website and agrees that all charges, including processing and shipping fees, will automatically be included into a part of the customer invoice. The amount to be paid will be displayed on this site upon order.
The customer will be responsible for completing payment after their order has been placed. Once an order is approved and sent to print, no changes to the artwork or cancellations are possible.
Please notice that no printing will be carried out on any order until you have completed the payment, and it's confirmed as received by Red Printing.
All payments will be made through PayPal.
Artwork Files Creation
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of their artwork files to be printed. They must proofread and ensure there are no errors before placing an order. Please refer to, and utilise our file creation guideline and if necessary, use the templates available in our website to assist in creating your artwork files.
Red Printing only receives files sent in PDF format, and we do not accept other file types for (non-templated) custom designed products.
Customers can learn more about file type and the creation of suitable PDF files with related software in our User Guide (Customer Center).
For customers who are using templates provided in our Web Editor, Red Printing accepts files uploaded in JPG, PNG, PDF file format.
Under these terms and conditions, the customer agrees that no files containing the following content will be uploaded for print:
• Inappropriate and pornographic material;
• Unlawful, obscene, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or hateful content;
• Invades privacy of any third party;
• Contains nudity, illustrated nudity, pornography, illustrated pornography and/or child pornography;
or
• Anything that violates Red Printing's Terms of Use.
By submitting and confirming your order, you are confirming that the content belongs to you and no one else; and the uploading and use of your content does not violate privacy rights, contract rights, publicity rights, human rights or intellectual property rights of somebody else.
